We are Defar, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, existing to support the sustaining impact of Lola Children's Home. Defar translates to bold/brave in Ethiopia's Amharic language. We believe the kids of Lola Children's Home exhibit bold hearts and are relentlessly brave kids overcoming insurmountable obstacles and living out beautiful lives.
